Carole Legault & Jacques Vaudry - Owner

In 1986, Carole Legault met Jacques Vaudry, after only nine months of dating, they bought the business. Family home converted into a restaurant. The new owners, two tireless workers, determined and, above all, very methodical.

In 1988, Carole and Jacques enlarged the interior of the restaurant to accommodate more than 90 people.

In 2006, the restaurant increased its capacity to approximately 160 people. It is now open seven days a week, noon and evening.

Needless to say, these employers are very inspiring.

Stephane Paquin - Chef

Chef Stéphane is in charge of setting up, ordering and the whole world of cooking, he also offers Chinese fondues, Swiss cheese or La Gourmandise, not to mention chocolate or sugar fondues à la cream. Then there are the raclettes with all the trimmings: there are no words to describe them. I could also mention, in passing, the different starters including asparagus rolls au gratin, scallops, snails, and so on.

In short, Stéphane takes care of a lot of things!
